Hot Smoked Kingfish & Vermouth Pâté Bagel

INGREDIENTS:

1 tin Little Tin Co Hot Smoked Kingfish & Vermouth Pâté

2 bagels, halved + toasted

100g cream cheese (room temp for easy spreading)

½ cup mixed herbs (parsley, dill, mint, chives)

¼ cup toasted nuts (almonds, walnuts or hazelnuts), roughly chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Pinch of sea salt + cracked pepper


METHOD:

Toast bagels until golden, then spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each half.

Spoon Smoked Kingfish & Vermouth Pâté over the cream cheese.

Toss herbs and nuts with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Pile the salad on top of the pâté, sandwich with the bagel lid and serve immediately.
