Wholesale Shipping and Delivery
Where we deliver
We will deliver to most addresses Australia wide.
The locations we can deliver to may change from time to time. Please contact info@littletinco.com.au to find out if we deliver to your location.
How and when we deliver
Deliveries are shipped via Australia Post. For orders placed before 4.00pm on a weekday, please allow the following:
- 1 - 3 working days for delivery to capital city in SA
- 3 - 7 working days for delivery to capital city in VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS
- 5 - 10 working days for delivery to capital city in WA and NT
- All regional areas add 1-2 business days to metro estimates
During peak periods (Easter and Christmas), the delivery may take up to 14 working days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary. A tracking number will be provided when items are dispatched.
Acceptance of delivery
Unfortunately Little Tin Co and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time.
Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.

Cost of Delivery
A rate of $18 applies to all online wholesale orders of 1 - 6 cartons. A rate of $28 applies to all online wholesale orders of 7 - 12 cartons Please note a maximum of 12 cartons can be ordered through our online sales channel. If you wish to order more, please contact info@littletinco.com.au to discuss options
*GST is included in all shipping costs
Wholesale Returns
Deliveries Returned to Us
Sometimes an order will be returned to us if the recipient was unable to take delivery. If this happens, we will contact you within 3 days to organise alternative delivery. Any applicable delivery fees will be passed on to the recipient.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we will do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your products, sometimes they may arrive damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please email info@littletinco.com.au within 14 days of receiving your goods and attach photos which show the problem. We will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the problem and how you wish to resolve the issue - please note: we will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 30 days.
If the product needs to be returned, we will email you a return label to cover shipping costs.
Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
Cancellation or Change of Mind
Our orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of the order being placed. If you have made a mistake with your order, please call or text us immediately on 0403 773 554 (business days 9am-5pm ACST). We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been dispatched, however, we can offer exchange for another item. In this instance you will be responsible for shipping costs to send back the item you wish to exchange as well as shipping costs for the replacement item.
