Pepper and lime have going steady for years. Finding a way to build on this great partnership was not easy…but we have! A menage a trois! How? By coating our now famous, Australian Sardine trunks with a crushed Pepperberry from the mountains of Tasmania, and Black lime (limes boiled, salted, then dehydrated) for intense citrus notes and finished in Australian Olive Oil. Perfection.
